Pros
Good people in the Shakopee, MN facility. I worked for ADC prior to the TE acquisition and it was better before. TE has good tools and methodology for managing projects.
Cons
Pay seems lower than industry average. TE changed too much stuff, the loss of decent benefits was difficult. The company might be too large for its own good and communication is not effective. It would almost be better if when TE acquired companies and those companies are already successful, don't force them to change to be like the rest of TE. Not all divisions need to be run identically.
