Pros
- The ability to quickly work on leading edge products right after being hired. - Very helpful coworkers - plenty of ERGs that revolve around diversity & inclusion (does not seem like many upper management people are involved in these)
Cons
- recent reorganizations lead to increase work loads and quicker turn around times that likely can't be met. - 50/50 on getting a helpful manager. - upper management keeps hiring outside for higher positions. -will likely be working on the same product for multiple years.
