      Lower level employees are afraid to speak up, too many examples of snr management firing those that speak up Snr management punishes risk taking at lower levels. Advancement from manager levels on up is highly political.

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
