Pros
Good diversity in the business sector so you can move to a different business unit and a different role. Some BU's have a slower pace whereas some have a crazy fast pace. Great place to work as it supports on-site, WFH and Hybrid work culture with friendly and supportive peers.
Cons
In my experience, salary raises were really bad, also if you moved to a different job internally they calculated your past pay and then decided how much to pay you and not your experience or caliber which is unfair.
