      I met a few good people.

      Cons

      No training, no supplies, no direction, no guidance. They pit employees against one another. Very poor management. Rules are inconsistent. High turnover!

      PTO, HR accessibility, work environment (indoors, climate control), clear chain of command,

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
