      The best machine shop in the country, the best machines the best tools for the machines and some of the best people to program/run the machines.

      Cons

      They are more focused on moving to Mexico and no longer cares about Manufactuing in the USA.

      PTO, HR accessibility, work environment (indoors, climate control), clear chain of command,

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
