They have many small suppliers that are not capable of producing repeatable parts Management is unwilling to accept change in manufacturing methods and does not indorse new technology. They use color coded sticky notes in Teir meeting locations as a means of problem escalation and run problem resolution in the ground with emails The TECH complaint management system is not very user friendly .
