      Pros

      Good reason to work here is to stay off the unemployment list...maybe? I've worked at TE for over 20 years now and am now regretting it.

      Cons

      Constant management changes, no room for personal growth, unethical managers...including HR personnel and constant layoffs. Everyone is walking on eggshells.

      PTO, HR accessibility, work environment (indoors, climate control), clear chain of command,

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
