TE as a whole is a highly innovative organization involved in many industries. Dedicated engineers, commitment to six sigma disciplines, good cascade of goals and metrics, solid communications on business efforts and happenings, and opportunities to give back to local community.
Cons
Like most organizations, silos prevent optimum collaboration. Acquisitions not fully integrated creating sub cultures, systems entanglements, etc.
