      Pros

      Pay and Bonuses are pretty good. Diversity is huge! Work/Life balance was great for me.

      Cons

      Nobody has any clue what is going on. No communication between anyone. Changes were constant. You may do something a certain way one month and the next month, they would change it. Lay offs were happening every month, so you never felt your job was secure. No career opportunities.

      PTO, HR accessibility, work environment (indoors, climate control), clear chain of command,

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
