      Working in the &D Department is great, I enjoy most of the people I work with and find my job rewarding.

      Cons

      As with most all large corporations, the administrative staff is greatly overlooked in most things. Salaries and ways to advance, etc.

      PTO, HR accessibility, work environment (indoors, climate control), clear chain of command,

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
