      Work-life balance is encouraged, however a culture of regularly working beyond contracted hours exists in some functions. This could be as a sign of the dedication of employees or the fact that the company is global so is never 'off'.

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
