      Home office and thats it

      No meaningful training (only corporate, boring and mandatory). Difficult to get rise, poor benefit system, the worst company organisation/management I have been, no intro for new-comers.

      PTO, HR accessibility, work environment (indoors, climate control), clear chain of command,

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
