Pros
The team I worked on was great, always willing to lend a helping hand and pass down knowledge. There was a lot of work to be done so the company is not shy about giving challenging or novel projects to new engineers.
Cons
The upper management changed often enough that it felt like there was never a true and stable direction that the team was heading into. Often there were times I did not have the support of my upper management and it felt like they were disconnected from the engineers they were managing.
