      TE provides opportunities for advancement and exposure to higher levels via mentorship, Employee Resouces Groups, skip level 1 v 1s and a HR system where you can promote yourself. In my experience, if you are willing to participate in opportunities of projects outside of your normal work duties, you will be compensated or promoted.

      PTO, HR accessibility, work environment (indoors, climate control), clear chain of command,

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
