Pros
No Pros. Sorry... just not a good place to be.
Cons
Terrible training. No clear instructions. No clear quality standards. Don't ask any questions to try to improve your performance. Everybody thinks you are trying to steal their jobs. Don't even consider saying you dislike making bad product all of the time, and/or running way below quota. Setup to fail. Quality department will give you a hard time if you are making bad parts... then you get to watch Quality and Production argue for awhile. Then you get to package bad product anyway and likely get written up for it... or else you get written up because your machine won't run... nobody knows how to fix anything! Sad really. Not your fault, won't stop you from getting terrible reviews, write ups and maybe termination. If you even get a review??? Everyone who knew how to fix anything is gone. Plan on making lots of bad product, if your machine will even run. Management rude, Engineering rude, Maintenance rude, Tool Maintenance guys rude. Shipping rude, Metal handling rude, Quality Control rude, Setup rude... disrespectful, all of the time. You are just an operator. Know your place! Human Resources? They are there but not functional. Don't bother. Could make similar or better money elsewhere in Detroit lakes. I'd recommend that 👌.
