Pros

My mind is officially changing from the standard corporate work force that is nothing but misery and boredom. TEC is the first employer to treat me like a member of the team from day one. There is no nit picky micro managing, We all trust each other to complete our assignments quickly and effectively and to work as a team to better the company, our team and each other individually.

Cons

The only cons I have is the location of the building, I’m used to lots of nature and being able to go for walks… being right in the heart of downtown Wichita its all city concreate and loud noises…Not relaxing once outside the building.

Pros

Excellent group of people to work with, variety of projects, training and skill development, growth

Cons

Small company so you will wear many hats, benefits are good but not great, expected to work in office environment on site, somewhat consulting based so work can sometimes ebb and flow...but mostly very busy.

Pros

The company once was amazing. In the past few years moral has plummeted, leadership failed us and the company is no longer somewhere you want to invest your time as an employee. They will treat you as a number. I’ve watched leadership push some of the best employees out the door after investing almost their whole career here. Lesson learned. You won’t be valued for doing a job well done. Only valued if you make the least at your level as to not take away salary increases from leadership.

Cons

Poor management. Low company morale. Overall a toxic work environment
