      Pros

      Excellent culture and amazing people Good opportunity if you are thinking of going out on your own but would like a network of professionals to give added support to your business and back office (ie client acquisition or recruitment)

      Cons

      Must make minimum commission ($15k/quarter) or they charge you a steep “desk fee” (up to $5,000/quarter). You are responsible for paying for all of your tools, apps, etc that you need to perform your job Can take a while to start earning enough to be profitable

      Pros

      Full and complete autonomy, ability to conduct business development and recruitment activity like an adult human being (versus being micro-managed with multiple mandatory daily meetings and KPI's that value transactional volume based services.) Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. Full control over your own income. No golden handcuffs. Leadership and back office team are so wonderful; everyone is authentic, positive, and genuinely engaged in the meaningful work and culture which you won't find anywhere else.

      Cons

      None for me. This has been the best year of my life in terms of work!
