Pros
This is a company for people that know how to "make it happen". I am a hybrid recruiter at Teema, I've tripled my income, and I don't have a boss telling me when I have to be in the office, & how to do my job or run my desk. At age 30 to be out of the corporate world and out from under "the man" its an incredible feeling and you really get to "own" your business and make as much money as you want. I have a relationship with the C-level exec's in Teema, and the CEO himself gave me my first pep talk my first month in. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a track record of success and know how to be your own boss.....this is a no brainer. This team is revolutionizing recruiting.
Cons
I don't think this is a drawback, just different: Working remotely is amazing, and as you build your rapport and "team" inside teema you will find a virtual support system. I am ten times more productive working alone and without the water cooler talk, but on those days you really need the "pep" talk and office vibe, you have to call a colleague to get the same feel and momentum back.
