      Everyone is encouraged to work and be productive at their own pace. No one will micro manage you. Everyone is responsible performing their tasks and respects each and every one in the team. Oh and did I mention it is work from home? Yes it is!

      Cons

      No one will pressure you. You will pressure your own self to get more out of the open opportunities.

      Pros

      Full and complete autonomy, ability to conduct business development and recruitment activity like an adult human being (versus being micro-managed with multiple mandatory daily meetings and KPI's that value transactional volume based services.) Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. Full control over your own income. No golden handcuffs. Leadership and back office team are so wonderful; everyone is authentic, positive, and genuinely engaged in the meaningful work and culture which you won't find anywhere else.

      Cons

      None for me. This has been the best year of my life in terms of work!
