      -The most entrepreneurial you can get without owning 100% of your own business -Very Collaborative Team of Recruiters who have deep networks in almost every vertical in the US and Canada -Commission splits is Second to NONE -Freedom to run your schedule -Awesome Training

      Cons

      -Not everyone -If you need micro-management, this is not for you -You do need your own clients or ability to get your own candidates -NEED TO BE A SELF STARTER

      Pros

      Full and complete autonomy, ability to conduct business development and recruitment activity like an adult human being (versus being micro-managed with multiple mandatory daily meetings and KPI's that value transactional volume based services.) Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. Full control over your own income. No golden handcuffs. Leadership and back office team are so wonderful; everyone is authentic, positive, and genuinely engaged in the meaningful work and culture which you won't find anywhere else.

      Cons

      None for me. This has been the best year of my life in terms of work!
