The President Brian is a man of his word. The business model is the future of the industry and this business is booming. It’s only a matter of time before Adecco, Robert Half, TEK systems etc is out of business. Executive Recruiters are starting to wake up and see the trap they are in and TEEMA frees them! Teema gives you everything a large shop provides with 80% commissions. Complete autonomy, flexibility. My life is forever changed for the better.
Cons
I am upset I didn’t know about this model sooner. I feel like an idiot having worked for 40% commissions for 5 years for a large shop that treated me terribly. What is sad is some recruiters earn less than 40% in agency. No cons in this business model. Wake up recruiters, Teema is here!
