      TEEMA is a strong supportive network of entrepreneurial professionals who work 100% commission so everyone is self-driven and motivated for success. TEEMA HQ provide numerous support solutions to help members drive their success. Our latest Sales Conference in Phoenix was packed with valuable information and opportunity to learn from successful members. The commitment to members by HQ is invaluable. Earning is based on how hard we work and this is one place where it doesn't matter if you are a man or a women, it is equal pay for equal work.

      This is not a place for anyone who is not self-driven.

      Pros

      Full and complete autonomy, ability to conduct business development and recruitment activity like an adult human being (versus being micro-managed with multiple mandatory daily meetings and KPI's that value transactional volume based services.) Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. Full control over your own income. No golden handcuffs. Leadership and back office team are so wonderful; everyone is authentic, positive, and genuinely engaged in the meaningful work and culture which you won't find anywhere else.

      None for me. This has been the best year of my life in terms of work!
