Pros
TEEMA is home to some of the best client and talent managers in the industry. The business model is brilliant and provides the members with the autonomy to run their desk and business however they want to. The ability to work remote is awesome. The partners in the organization are very supportive, but they do not interfere with the way you do business or how you best get your work done, the onus is on you to drive your success, there is no micromanagement here. The compensation model is lucrative + the delivery team is incredibly capable.
Cons
None really - you are responsible for paying for your own operating expenses and tools but TEEMA has partnerships in place for discounted rates. I see it is a positive thing but if you are not self directed or motivated then TEEMA is not the place for you - there is very little coaching on how to get better at what you do and everyone is really busy and focused but many tools and resources available to go out and help yourself.
