Pros

Freedom to run your business as you see fit, support when needed. Excellent payout rates. You will not be micromanaged here and can make huge commission, but you have to have the right drive and tenacity. You're also surrounded be fellow industry veterans and and high achievers. Modern, progressive leadership team.

Cons

Occasional growing pains with our back office and your first year is a roller coaster ride as you rebuild.

Pros

Full and complete autonomy, ability to conduct business development and recruitment activity like an adult human being (versus being micro-managed with multiple mandatory daily meetings and KPI's that value transactional volume based services.) Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. Full control over your own income. No golden handcuffs. Leadership and back office team are so wonderful; everyone is authentic, positive, and genuinely engaged in the meaningful work and culture which you won't find anywhere else.

Cons

None for me. This has been the best year of my life in terms of work!
