Pros
80% commission, check. Network of others to collaborate with, check. Ability to work JUST the client or JUST the talent side, check check. If you're a full desk recruiter, TEEMA is a no-brainer. If you're currently making 30-40% commission somewhere else and you don't need someone to babysit you, TEEMA offers you 80% commission and offers you community, back office services (legal, accounting, etc), an ATS, and tools like LI Recruiter at a discounted price). If you just work the candidate side of the desk, it's also ideal - we have loads of req's that need coverage and no one tells you what you can and can't work. If you just do biz dev and client side work, also ideal. You bring in the req's (appropriately qualified) and you'll have recruiters to fill them.
Cons
It takes awhile to get connected and "find your tribe." Everyone comes from different backgrounds and works a little different, so it takes some work to find people you like to partner with. Some recruiters will throw spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks and that's a pain.
