      - Seasoned, dedicated colleagues. Great platform that allows you the freedom to run your business while providing support and a network of colleagues. Access to great leaders and teammates whenever you need them.

      Cons

      Not for inexperienced recruiters or people who are not highly self-motivated - this is not the place to learn the recruitment business.

      Pros

      Full and complete autonomy, ability to conduct business development and recruitment activity like an adult human being (versus being micro-managed with multiple mandatory daily meetings and KPI's that value transactional volume based services.) Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. Full control over your own income. No golden handcuffs. Leadership and back office team are so wonderful; everyone is authentic, positive, and genuinely engaged in the meaningful work and culture which you won't find anywhere else.

      Cons

      None for me. This has been the best year of my life in terms of work!
