Pros

I've been with TEEMA just a little under a year, and I am continuously impressed by my fellow members, the leadership team, and the ability to run your desk as you see fit. Not sure where to even begin with Pros, but here goes nothing: - commission structure (great for both Associates and Sr. Associates) - TEEMA Connect - essentially a database for every and any question under the sun you may have. Allows you to figure out answers quickly and get back to working - great back-office team - do whatever you want: recruit, bring in new accounts. Play to your strength and no one will hold you back - Leadership: a phenomenal group of successful professionals - The culture: for a remote company, the culture at TEEMA runs deep. We have a set of guiding pricinples each member abides by, and strong core values - Balance! Work from the cottage, work from the beach, work from the city, it doesn't matter, just get your work done. - We operate in a number of verticals and because of this diverse client base we have done really well even throughout the pandemic
Cons
- You really need to be a hustler and self motivated. Don't feel like working for a month? Cool, no one is holding you to it. But if you don't want to work for a month, this is definitely not the place for you. - Not the place for rookies if you're looking for a lot of guidance. There is absolutely help, training sessions, lunch and learns, etc.. but this is not the home for someone to learn recruiting 101 in my opinion
