Pros
1. Great place to work where you don't have someone staring over your shoulder 2. Has the highest commission in the industry and provides the opportunity to actually earn it! 3. Love the entrepreneurial culture of this place, everyone working for themselves but as a team!
Cons
1. If you're not prepared to work hard to create momentum then this is not the place for you 2. If you can't self manage then stick with an office environment that manages you. This is 100% remote and home based 3. If you're a loner and don't like working with others you'll probably find the strong team element here challenging
