We are a reputable, award-winning, compliant, security-cleared 15-year, >$180M international consortium of established Recruitment Professionals who serve >1,000 active Clients, have >1,200 active Consultants and place >3,200 people each year in the US & Canada. - Our Members chose to work in our business-to-business model that empowers them to make decisions about where they can best serve based on their expertise. In a scenario like this, naturally, we are commissioned and expected to find our own work. - Our Members are not restricted in any way, they can engage in any type of business, service, level, geography or staffing vertical (however we do have experts in each). - We understand that our model best aligns with the top 20% of performers within most of our competitors and often doesn't for the rest. - We acknowledge that early on, our Members require some guidance and in nearly all cases our Partners provide that exceedingly well.
