      Pros

      I can have a very flexible schedule which works out nicely being a mother of young children. The people at TEEMA are very friendly and everyone wants each other to succeed.

      Cons

      Starting out is very difficult and you have stay determined to get through the associate level. Also, it takes time to build your team of people you like working with. I work way more than I have in any of my past jobs. If you are looking for a 8-5 job this is not for you. If you are in healthcare their is Healthcare burden that does cut into the amount of commission you get. This was lightly talked about before I started.

      Pros

      Full and complete autonomy, ability to conduct business development and recruitment activity like an adult human being (versus being micro-managed with multiple mandatory daily meetings and KPI's that value transactional volume based services.) Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. Full control over your own income. No golden handcuffs. Leadership and back office team are so wonderful; everyone is authentic, positive, and genuinely engaged in the meaningful work and culture which you won't find anywhere else.

      Cons

      None for me. This has been the best year of my life in terms of work!
