Pros
TEEMA has a 100% work from home model and has since their inception, could never go back to the grind of commuting and going to an office 5 days a week. It's a different work world now and more companies need to relaize this
Cons
The TEEMA model has no management and every individual here is self managed, that is fabulous for many but disastrous for a few that realize they need the structure of a manager and an office to tell them what needs to be done every day
