Pros
TEEMA has allowed me to achieve my passions within the industry AND outside of it. The ability to work remote has given me the flexibility of an entrepreneur that I've always coveted. Also, the members at TEEMA are second to none - as working in a 100% commission environment is only for the best and most driven. TEEMA allows me to run my desk the way I want and has given me the tools, processes, and colleagues to be successful. Awesome that they fund my contract payroll and help me cross-sell into other industries. Overall, I love it!
Cons
People struggle when they don't get involved - so it is key to be involved and collaborate with the other members. Also, when you are working with the best people (which 99% of TEEMA members are) - then they expect a certain amount of professionalism - which is good for experienced recruiters but not great for rookies in the industry.
