Pros
working with some of the industry's best recruiters and client managers is awesome. great coverage on jobs and great access to top level clients. working from home with the ability to stay connected to business partners who take this business seriously is a huge plus. commission structure is the best in the industry, not really sure how they can do it.
Cons
working from home sounds good but takes some getting used to, you have to make sure you're getting out and talking to live humans a few times a week. TEEMA has grown very fast in a relatively short time and continues to stretch their boundaries, if you don't like change you'll probably have some issues here.
