      Excellent lifestyle, fully remote, great support from the agency, working alongside top performers.

      Cons

      Because it's fully remote a downside could be not working alongside members in person. For me I love the remote aspect of the job.

      Pros

      Full and complete autonomy, ability to conduct business development and recruitment activity like an adult human being (versus being micro-managed with multiple mandatory daily meetings and KPI's that value transactional volume based services.) Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. Full control over your own income. No golden handcuffs. Leadership and back office team are so wonderful; everyone is authentic, positive, and genuinely engaged in the meaningful work and culture which you won't find anywhere else.

      Cons

      None for me. This has been the best year of my life in terms of work!
