      Pros

      For a fee-based commission only recruiter, there is no place better than TEEMA. They pay the highest commissions of anyone out there; they provide all the support you need or want (or none if you prefer) and they let you run your own business under their heading. The Leadership Team is recruitment-savvy and they understand what we face every day. The back office is so dedicated to high level of service to us as members and I love it here.

      Cons

      You do have to be incorporated or have an LLC and you do have to work from home, as there is no office to go to.

      Pros

      Full and complete autonomy, ability to conduct business development and recruitment activity like an adult human being (versus being micro-managed with multiple mandatory daily meetings and KPI's that value transactional volume based services.) Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. Full control over your own income. No golden handcuffs. Leadership and back office team are so wonderful; everyone is authentic, positive, and genuinely engaged in the meaningful work and culture which you won't find anywhere else.

      Cons

      None for me. This has been the best year of my life in terms of work!
