      Pros

      Great opportunity for self-starters, full desk recruiting professionals. $200-400k annual take home is very doable. Must be willing to wear multiple hats and be a true problem solver.

      Cons

      Very little structure or day to day guidance is in this model. You must be self reliant to drive for results here. Back office support, resources, and knowledge are limited compared to industry standards.

      Pros

      Full and complete autonomy, ability to conduct business development and recruitment activity like an adult human being (versus being micro-managed with multiple mandatory daily meetings and KPI's that value transactional volume based services.) Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. Full control over your own income. No golden handcuffs. Leadership and back office team are so wonderful; everyone is authentic, positive, and genuinely engaged in the meaningful work and culture which you won't find anywhere else.

      Cons

      None for me. This has been the best year of my life in terms of work!
