- Well-compensated - No red tape - Member driven - Collaborative environment with guiding principles to ensure proper process and business etiquette - Executive staff prioritizes the proper support and success of its members that creates an amazing work environment where I can be happy and successful - Amazing opportunity to make REAL LIFE CHANGING MONEY - Commission only environment!!! (This should be a huge turn-on for any Recruiter/Client Manager who knows how to produce- You can make what you deserve to earn here) - Work from home and collaborate with a geographically dispersed team - Have a voice in the company and help members drive the culture and process
Cons
I am not going to say these are cons, but rather obstacles and areas where one must know how to succeed: - Must know how to produce/generate revenue. - Commission only environment (Yes, I listed this as a Pro, but it must be the right environment for you). - When collaborating you must hold yourself to a higher level of communication and have patience with others. - No opportunity is perfect and in time my review will go from 4 to 5 stars. - Pay for your own benefits out of pocket. This is a business trade-off that I am willing to live with because I am rewarded with top commission.
