TEEMA has come to be for me that perfect "between" business model where you get the infrastructure, camaraderie, and support of a large organization coupled with the income opportunity, work life balance, and intrapreneurial feeling of being self employed. It's been 3+ years now here at TEEMA and I am more motivated than I have ever been in my career.
Cons
If you are not already successful where you are then this is probably not the place for you. Success at TEEMA requires an effort, it does not come from doing 9 to 5. This is for individuals who want exceptional financial and career success and are willing to put in the hours and hard work to achieve it. So do not join TEEMA if you are just looking for a job
