Pros
They give you a paycheck...
Cons
Have you ever driven by a furniture store and have seen a sign in its windows that says: "Going out of business - must liquidate!!!" Enter sad, sad Tegile. Tegile was recently "purchased" by WD. This was not a beneficial sale for Tegile or any of its investors (or existing customers, either). WD decided to take advantage of a dying company and buy their existing customers. Anyone that had purchased shares lost all their money since the stock of Tegile was worth absolutely nothing - actually worth less than the used gum under your shoe. Don't let the smoke and mirrors fool you. WD came in and took complete advantage of a company and its mgmt who didn't which way was up or down. Tegile was headed down the toilet with no more money in the bank. Sad to see such a promising technology fall to the demise of completely inept mgmt. and lack of confident decision making. There were so many opportunities for Tegile to take the path to success, but did not.
