Heavy workload, way below market compensation for the amount of responsibility, very limited advancement opportunities & uneven workload distribution among teams.
In my experience, leadership made repeated statements about promotion opportunities in career growth that ultimately did not materialize. I felt that expectations were set that weren’t followed through on, which made it incredibly difficult to trust leadership. Transparency and follow through on career development could be significantly improved.
