      Maybe Nexstar will talk some sense into the bloated leadership and people who can barely use email

      Cons

      Incompetent Human Resources department; checked out CRO who can’t run a business to save his life; a content department that has NO CONTENT to produce because linear TV is dying; Premion is a joke and is just a DAI platform with the worst marketing team known to mankind

      Flexible work environment - hybrid

      Cons

      Heavy workload, way below market compensation for the amount of responsibility, very limited advancement opportunities & uneven workload distribution among teams. In my experience, leadership made repeated statements about promotion opportunities in career growth that ultimately did not materialize. I felt that expectations were set that weren’t followed through on, which made it incredibly difficult to trust leadership. Transparency and follow through on career development could be significantly improved.
