Pros

They are trying to innovate but not in a competitive manner. They are about advancing corporate profits and are desperately trying to remain relevant in a dying market.

Cons

Your pay won't keep up with cost of living expenses, and their bargain basement approach to staffing to see how much people will take before leaving will leave you constantly training new people and compensating with high turnover.increased effort does not pay off here.

Pros

Flexible work environment - hybrid

Cons

Heavy workload, way below market compensation for the amount of responsibility, very limited advancement opportunities & uneven workload distribution among teams. In my experience, leadership made repeated statements about promotion opportunities in career growth that ultimately did not materialize. I felt that expectations were set that weren’t followed through on, which made it incredibly difficult to trust leadership. Transparency and follow through on career development could be significantly improved.
