      -Forward thinking company leading the way in digital journalism -Great benefits and 401K -Great opportunities to move up fast writhing the company if you are motivated and self-driven

      -They hire cheap and young -Oftentimes you end up doing more than what you’re contract allotted -Low salaries -Low moral among employees

      Flexible work environment - hybrid

      Cons

      Heavy workload, way below market compensation for the amount of responsibility, very limited advancement opportunities & uneven workload distribution among teams. In my experience, leadership made repeated statements about promotion opportunities in career growth that ultimately did not materialize. I felt that expectations were set that weren’t followed through on, which made it incredibly difficult to trust leadership. Transparency and follow through on career development could be significantly improved.
