Pros
Great place to grow skills, bring big ideas. Female CEO Martore was hard working and treated staff well. At a corporate event, I saw her bringing food to the Security Staff and seemingly enjoying talking to them more than the C Suite staffers. Some of the corporate marketing staff are not the brightest people. HR was not very organized and my pay benefits were messed up for a while. Events were well attended and well done, good food. New incoming CEO did not seem to respect people, all about the bottom line. He does not seem like a Leader as the former female CEO ran the company.
Cons
Culture, people were operating in groups, silos, fake and gossip filled the hallways.
