      Open to new ideas, easy to talk to management, good benefits, lots of opportunities to try new positions

      Cons

      Salary is way too low and there doesn't seem to be a lot of negotiating room, high turnover because of low salary, few vacation days

      It's a good learning experience, hardly can say it's worth it though.

      Cons

      Terrible management and work load. They'll squeeze everything they can out of you and give you very little in return.
