Pros
Work was easy, almost too easy. It's the type of office environment that you could kind of float by and do the bare minimum in if that's your goal because no one is really paying attention. To me that was incredibly unfulfilling.
Cons
Worked on the dev team. Repeatedly told that work environment was flexible, but only very rarely allowed to work from home because we "needed face time". Then came in and sat down with our company laptop, put on headphones, and communicated soley via conference calls and slack. Lots of filler work. When projects were on hold team members would be pinched to do account management, and support email tasks. Could have been far more productive if ran differently. Projects were routinely underbid to get the sale and we paid for it in delivery.
