      Pros

      Room for growth, management cares about each employee, good pay and benefits, good work and life balance.

      Cons

      Most of the company recognition goes to the stations or Premion, so if you work in a different department in the company your team's work will probably not be mentioned in town halls, etc. The company has also shifted a lot of money and products around, resulting in job loss. After all the layoffs, it can feel like there isn't great job security there.

      Flexible work environment - hybrid

      Cons

      Heavy workload, way below market compensation for the amount of responsibility, very limited advancement opportunities & uneven workload distribution among teams. In my experience, leadership made repeated statements about promotion opportunities in career growth that ultimately did not materialize. I felt that expectations were set that weren’t followed through on, which made it incredibly difficult to trust leadership. Transparency and follow through on career development could be significantly improved.
