      Pros

      Benefits weren't bad. Pay was standard - small market so not great but livable

      Cons

      -Raised concerns with different management levels that fell on def ears -Another corporation that preaches one thing but doesn't necessarily believe in it -Hated that you had to earn your PTO rather than getting the 2 weeks upfront

      Pros

      Flexible work environment - hybrid

      Cons

      Heavy workload, way below market compensation for the amount of responsibility, very limited advancement opportunities & uneven workload distribution among teams. In my experience, leadership made repeated statements about promotion opportunities in career growth that ultimately did not materialize. I felt that expectations were set that weren’t followed through on, which made it incredibly difficult to trust leadership. Transparency and follow through on career development could be significantly improved.
