Middle management is eager to target and bully employees. Support is withheld so that minor infractions, or just day to day challenges, can be used against employees. Managing people out seems to be a priority. Middle management prioritizes their own perception to senior management, leveraging their employees livelihoods, rather than supporting the team they "chose." Said middle management has ingratiated itself to HR, and there is no safe space for employees to seek advice or help. This is an unsafe environment.
